Clients reviews about Lawn Doctor of East Morris-West Essex

Lawn Dr is great, ever since moving over to them my lawn as been beautiful, whenever I had a problem out of rotation I simply drop them an e-msg and someone stops by and treats it no charge. The techs are very professional and takes the time to explain the process and lesson to your concerns. I had the other guys and they would just pull up the truck and sit outside and have lunch and leave, once I question them and they said they checked and I was good. Well, then don't charge me, instead of arguing, I switched to Lawn Dr, best decision ever. ~ Harold W

I've been with Lawn Doctor for just two treatments, and I am already blown away by the incredible transformation of my lawn. The results are nothing short of amazing! Beyond their expertise in lawn care, what truly impressed me was their outstanding customer service. A problem arose that wasn't even their fault, involving my sprinkler system. It turned out that my sprinkler guy had installed the lines too close to the surface, causing a leak after Lawn Doctor's service. I reached out to them, not expecting them to take responsibility, but they did – fully and promptly. The technician went above and beyond, fixing the issue and even pushing the exposed lines down to ensure a proper installation. Their commitment to customer satisfaction and their proactive approach to resolving issues speaks volumes about their professionalism. I am genuinely grateful for their exceptional service and the beautiful results I'm witnessing in my lawn. Highly recommend Lawn Doctor for their expertise, reliability, and customer-centric approach. ~ Ziad K

Lawn Doctor powerseeded my dead lawn. The photos you see are after the power seeding in the fall (before). And then a few weeks after fertilization in the spring (after). The photos speak for themselves. The guy who came for the power seeding was first rate. Knew absolutely everything about grass. I know a few things myself so I can take a little bit of credit for the care after seeding. But damn. Look at those results! ~ Alex B

I highly recommend this company for lawn care and seedling. Their service is unparalleled. I hired them for lawn seeding and have used them for lawn fertilization and treatment for several years. My lawn looks great! Juan is truly the best technician and always exceeds expectation. The owner has even serviced my property himself and is a gentleman, who works hard to achieve 100% customer satisfaction! ~ Mike A

I have been using Lawn Doctor for several years. What I like about Lawn Doctor is that you can choose to use any of the services that are offered and not required to use a predetermined program. Also I find it less expensive to use Lawn Doctor than trying to do the service myself. ~ Mary G
